Rider Experience Intern

With over 1,000 team members worldwide, Keeta is in full expansion—and we are now looking for an Innovation and Rider Experience Intern to join our team in São Paulo.

In a culture built on continuous improvement and disruption, the intern will support the team by helping to structure key indicators and processes that elevate the food delivery industry in Brazil. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update management reports to monitor performance and key results;

Support the governance and tracking of KPIs within the team;

Map operational routines and assist in identifying process improvement opportunities;

Provide analytical and strategic support to internal stakeholders

【任职要求】

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration;

English proficiency required;

No prior professional experience required — we are looking for high-potential early-career talent.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of data analysis and programming tools, , SQL, and Python.
